Main structure
 
       
1.Working pipe: It adopts Type II heat-resistant polyethylene (PE-RT II) pipe. The original color of the raw material is transparent without any color masterbatch or filler. It has the characteristics of corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance (able to convey hot water below 95°C for a long time), and can withstand low and high temperatures ranging from -40 to 110°C.

      2. Insulation layer: It adopts rigid polyurethane foam plastic. The density of the insulation layer material is 60kg/m³ to 80kg/m³, fully filling the gap between the PE-RT II type pipe and the casing, and has a certain bonding strength, forming a solid whole among the heat-resistant polyethylene (PE-RT II) pipe, the outer casing and the insulation layer. The foam of the polyurethane directly buried insulation pipe has good mechanical and thermal insulation properties. Usually, it can withstand a temperature of 120°C. Through modification or combination with other heat insulation materials, it can withstand a temperature of 180°C.


     
3. Outer protective pipe: It is made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE).
