Product structure
1.Thermal insulation core material (core layer)
The core functional layer of the thermal insulation integrated board directly affects the thermal insulation performance, fire rating and durability. Common materials include:
·Rock wool:Class A fire protection (non-combustible), high temperature resistance, and good sound absorption, suitable for buildings with high fire protection requirements (such as hospitals and schools).
·Polyurethane (PU/PIR) : B1 grade flame retardant, low thermal conductivity (excellent thermal insulation performance), but higher cost.
·Extruded polystyrene board (XPS) : B1/B2 grade fire resistance, high compressive strength, suitable for ground or humid environments.
·Molded polystyrene board (EPS) : Low cost, lightweight, but with a low fire rating (B2 level), it needs to be used with a fire isolation belt.
·Graphite polystyrene board (SEPS) : Improved EPS, improved fire performance (B1 level), better thermal insulation
2.Structural layer (reinforcement layer)
Located on both sides of the insulation core to enhance the strength of the board and ensure overall stability. Common types
·Inorganic plate :
- Calcium silicate board (fire grade A, moisture proof)
- Fiber cement board (strong weather resistance, frost and thaw resistance)
·Sheet metal
- Galvanized steel sheet (corrosion resistant and economical)
- Aluminum plate (light weight, strong plasticity)
·Polymer materials :
- PVC board (waterproof, low cost)
- Polyester fiber board (imitation wood grain/stone grain)
3. Finish layer (decorative layer)
Provide the decorative effect of the building facade, which needs to have both aesthetic and protective functions. commonly used finishing materials
·Metal finish : Fluorocarbon coated aluminum sheet, galvanized steel sheet (strong sense of modernity, good weather resistance).
·Imitation stone finish : real stone paint, imitation stone coated calcium silicate board (low-cost imitation stone effect).
·Ceramic/stone sheet : ultra-thin ceramic sheet, natural stone composite sheet (high-end durability).
·Paint finish : fluorocarbon paint, polyester paint (rich in color, easy to apply).
·Polymer film : PVC/PET film (waterproof, imitation wood grain)
Characteristics
Widely used for the roof, wall, suspended ceilings and partitions of steel structure factories, simple activity rooms, and air cleanrooms.
1.Aesthetic performance:
The interface is designed according to European standards with a smooth and round appearance, a flat and beautiful board surface, tight joints, reliable strength, and effective prevention of cold and hot bridges.
2.The rock wool roof panel adopts a concealed buckle connection method, avoiding the hidden danger of water leakage at the joints of the roof panel and saving the amount of accessories used.
Advantages
1.Excellent fire resistance: The fire-resistant raw materials, production process, and formula used in the rock wool sandwich panel make it have excellent fire resistance performance.
2.Rock wool sandwich panel has excellent sound absorption effects, as they can absorb sound over a wide frequency range. According to the ISO 354/85 standard, the sound absorption performance level of rock wool sandwich panels reaches DELTA LA=15.7 dB (A).
3.Good compressive strength: The rock wool color steel plate, fixed with connectors and roof purlins, greatly improves the overall bending strain of the roof and enhances the overall operating characteristics of the flat roof.
4.Stable and effective: The rock wool roof panel is fixed with special M6 self tapping screws and steel purlins, which can resist external forces such as strong typhoons.
5.Anti scratch maintenance: Apply high-density polyethylene sticker protective film on the surface to prevent the surface coating of carbon steel plate from being scratched or worn during transportation and installation.
